Trash Fashion

Students in grade 6 are starting "Trash Fashion" in art 100 which they will be working on until the end of the year. The students are designing and then creating outfits out of recycled materials. The students are re-purposing items that would normally been thrown away to create them.

If anyone is willing to save their “clean” trash for us, I would deeply appreciate it.

We are looking for pretty much anything, as long as it is free from food debris. :-)

Plastic Shopping Bags

Used Gift Wrap

Plastic Table Cloths

Plastic Containers from Salad, Spinach, etc

Coffee Cups (Styrofoam, Plastic)

Milk Jugs

Newspapers

Random Items (puzzle pieces, cds, fishnet materials)
